Seasons of Ceylon uses CO₂ supercritical extraction to preserve the purity, flavor, and nutrients of natural ingredients. This advanced, chemical-free process ensures high-quality extracts with enhanced potency, freshness, and sustainability.
Ideal for premium teas, spices, and nutraceutical applications. This is the same technology used for our pioneering tea decaffeination — making us the only factory in Sri Lanka capable of CO₂ supercritical tea decaffeination.
We grind spices at −196°C using liquid nitrogen, preserving their natural flavor, aroma, and nutrients. This advanced process prevents heat buildup, ensuring a finer particle size, extended shelf life, and superior quality compared to conventional methods.
Our nitrogen-insulated packaging preserves freshness, prevents oxidation, and extends shelf life, ensuring superior quality and long-lasting flavor retention.
RACD gently removes moisture in a controlled, low-temperature environment — retaining essential oils, enhancing flavor, and extending shelf life. We possess high-capacity dryers for large quantities in a short span of time.
